Having Enough

After paying off debt, traveling, and indulging some of my addictions, I’m finally at a point where I feel like I have enough.  I got to a point where I’d rather be minimalist, simple, and content with what I have over living that luxe lifestyle we often see portrayed on instagram.  There’s nothing wrong with ambition.  We all should be ambitious to propel ourselves upward.  In fact, I’m still trying to get licensed in my profession, but other than that, I’m quite content with life and can stay in this moment.

Which brings me to the next chapter of life I guess –saving for retirement and investing.  I’m just barely getting my feet wet, but I’m already loving the control over picking individual stocks.  I love the freedom and as I’ve mentioned in a previous post, it satisfies my shopping addiction.  I love it because there’s also a research aspect that thrills me, or maybe it’s because this is all so new to me.  Either way, I’ve found something new to explore!
